Born on June 20, 1984 in Sofia.

He obtains his first master's degree in Private and Criminal Law from Sophia Antipolis University, Nice (France) in 2008. A year later (in 2009) he obtains a second master's degree, in Commercial Insolvency Law, from the same university.

In 2010 he is registered as a lawyer with the Sofia Bar Association. In 2014 he is listed as an industrial property representative in the register of the Bulgarian Patent Office (BPO) and in the list of the European Union Intellectual Property Office (EUIPO). In the same year he is listed as a receiver in the approved list by the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Bulgaria of persons who can be appointed as receivers.

Since 2011 he has been practicing as an attorney-at-law at Todorov LLP. Has an extensive experience in the field of consultation and legal services to domestic and foreign clients. He specializes in areas such as commercial and contract law, commercial insolvency law, intellectual property law, competition law, data protection, construction and real estate, litigation, foreign investments.

Elected as a representative of the State in the Board of Directors for a term in accordance with Article 53, Paragraph 5 of the Regulations for the Implementation of the Law on Public Enterprises at the General Assembly of Shareholders of Information Services held on October 27, 2023 on the proposal of the Minister of Electronic Governance.

As a member of the Board of Directors, he shall receive remuneration in the amount determined in accordance with Article 56 of the Regulations for the Implementation of the Law on Public Enterprises.
