Born on 02.02.1970 in Nessebar.

In 1988 she graduates from "Vasil Levski" language school in Burgas with Russian and German languages. In 2000 acquires a Bachelor's degree at the Academy of Economics "Dimitar Apostolov Tsenov", major in Economics of Trade. Diana Tomova hоlds a Master's degree in Finance from Burgas Free University and a Master's degree in Legal Psychology from South-West University "Neofit Rilski" in Blagoevgrad. In 2004 she acquires teaching qualification from Trakia University, Stara Zagora with the right to teach economics in vocational schools. In 2007 graduates in Law at the St. Cyril and Methodius University in Veliko Tarnovo and acquires legal capacity. Since 2018 she’s been registered in the Unified Register of Mediators at the Ministry of Justice. Tomova has additional specialization in the field of commercial mediation.

In the period 1998-2002 she subsequently works as an expert, head of department and deputy director at the NCCC at the Ministry of Education - National Children's Complex - Ravda. From 2004 to 2008 she is a member of the Board of Directors of EGIDA - Sofia. Since 2008 she has been running her own business. Diana Tomova has many years of experience in the field of consulting, real estate, training in professions and specialties, as well as in mediation of employment in the territory of the Republic of Bulgaria and abroad. She has extensive experience in organizing and conducting courses and seminars for personal development, motivation and teamwork with over 30 seminars conducted.

Elected as an independent member of the Board of Directors by the Information Services General Assembly of Shareholders, held on February 6, 2023 on the proposal of the e-Government Minister, following a competition held by the Public Enterprises and Control Agency under the Public Enterprises Act.

As a member of the Board of Directors, she is paid a remuneration in the amount determined in accordance with Article 56 of the Regulations for the Implementation of the Law on Public Enterprises.
