Dimka started working at Information Services in 1998 and worked as a technical support specialist and programmer up until 2005. In 2013, she returned to the company, moving through the positions of business analyst, project manager, sector manager, department manager and Director of “e-Municipality”. She is an information technology professional with more than 20 years of in-depth technical experience in the development, implementation and maintenance of complex information systems. She has expertise in strategic planning, building and managing teams, projects and programs. She is an expert in the field of local government, serving on a number of interdepartmental committees and groups. She also has professional experience in the private sector.

She holds certifications in Information Technology and IT Service Management - ITIL Foundation Certificate in IT Service Management, PRINCE2 Foundation, Microsoft Web Applications Development, Microsoft Certified Professional, Project Management, Conflict Management, etc.

Her professional interests are focused on the implementation of digital technologies and innovations that help improve the efficiency and accessibility of municipal services. She has an interest in assisting in the development of sustainable budgets and the creation of sustainable financial models that ensure long-term financial stability and support the realization of strategic municipal goals.

She graduated with a Master's degree in Accounting and Control from the University of Veliko Tarnovo St. Cyril and Methodius. She holds a Bachelor's degree in Economic Informatics from the University of National and World Economy. She is also a graduate in e-Business and e-Government from Sofia University "St. Kliment Ohridski".
