Elena started working at Information Services in 2002 and went through different positions in the company as a technical assistant, SAP FI consultant, and since 2006 she has been the head of the SAP Technology Department. She has more than 22 years of management experience in the implementation of SAP software solutions, as well as technical experience in the development, implementation and support of SAP systems in the public administration.
Her professional interests are focused on digitalization of processes in the public administration, development of existing and implementation of new SAP software solutions in order to optimize, automate and improve both processes in public administration and administrative capacity.
She graduated from the University of National and World Economy in Sofia with a bachelor's degree in Accounting and Control and a master's degree in Finance from the Institute of Economics at the Bulgarian Academy of Sciences. She holds certificates in various SAP versions - SAP ERP, SAP HANA, as well as project management - PRINCE 2.
