Ilia has been working at Information Services since 2002 as a junior programmer, developer and solution designer, and since 2009 he has been the head of the company's Web technologies department. He has over 22 years of experience in the field of information technology.
He holds the fllowing certifications: PRINCE 2 Foundation from Open Management Education Center, Software Project Management from the American University in Bulgaria, TenStep Project Management, Zend Certified PHP Engineer.
Ilia is a lecturer at the Centre for Continuing Education and in Bachelor's and Master's programs at the Department of Computer Science at New Bulgarian University. Lecturer in various IT educational initiatives, author of scientific publications in Bulgarian and international publications, lecturer at conferences and jury member in various competitions in the field of information technology and web design. Member of the Board of Directors and Chairman of non-profit organizations in the field of education and automotive.
He holds a Bachelor's degree in Public Administration and a Master's degree in Computer Science (Software Technologies on the Internet) from New Bulgarian University. He specialized in software technologies at the Institute of Information and Communication Technologies at the Bulgarian Academy of Sciences in 2015-2017 and the Faculty of Electronics and Electrical Engineering at the University of Ljubljana, Slovenia in 2017.
