Ivaylo has been part of the Information Services team since 2020 and is Project Manager of the key projects in the Healthcare sector, including the National Health Information System, the system for processing drug protocols, the eHealth mobile application, the eRx mobile application, the electronic prescription books, the national information system to combat COVID-19, etc.
He has previously worked for international companies in Hungary and the UK, where he gained experience in implementing banking and analytical software.
Ivaylo holds the following certifications: Agile Software Development with Scrum, Soft Skills for IT professionals, Programming Basic with C#, Front-end development – HTML, CSS, JavaScript etc.
His professional interests are focused on finding digital solutions in the healthcare sector, analysis and optimization of the processes in public administration, etc.
He holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from the University of National and World Economy, Sofia and is currently completing a Master's degree in Information Technology Project Management at New Bulgarian University, Sofia.
