Kremena started her professional career at Information Systems in 2001. Later she worked as a business analyst and project manager in several IT companies and in 2016 she returned to Information Services. She holds the position of Director of Business Development and is responsible for business development and sales. She has extensive experience and skills in IT business analysis and project management.
She holds the following certifications: PRINCE 2 Foundation, PRINCE 2 Practitioner, ITIL Foundation, TOGAF 9 Foundation Level, ARIS Architect and Business Modelling, Introduction to ArcGIS.
Her professional interests are related to the organization, effective process management and optimization, business development and increasing sales.
She holds a Master's degree in International Economic Relations from the University of National and World Economy, Sofia, and a Master's degree in Business Management from Sofia University "St. Kliment Ohridski".
