Nikolina Naydenova

Born in 1966 in town of Smolyan. She graduates from the Karl Marx School of Economics in Smolyan with a degree in Economics, Planning and Industrial Accounting.

In 1991 graduates from the Higher Institute of Food Industry in Plovdiv (now University of Food Technology) and acquires a degree in production automation engineering, and in 2000 obtains a Master's degree after a five-year education in the specialty "Accounting and Control" at the Academy of Economics "Dimitar Apostolov Tsenov ", Svishtov.

Her professional career develops entirely in the field of banking. In 1993 she is an accountant/expert in Balkanbank Smolyan, and from 1995 to 2005 she holds the same position in Bank Hebros, Asenovgrad. From 2005 to 2023 she works at Raiffeisen bank (Bulgaria) consistently holding the positions of Sector Head in Asenovgrad Branch, Office Manager in Asenovgrad and Office Manager in Sofia.

She speaks English and Russian.

Elected as an independent member of the Board of Directors by the Information Services General Assembly of Shareholders, held on February 6, 2023 on the proposal of the e-Government Minister, following a competition held by the Public Enterprises and Control Agency under the Public Enterprises Act.

As a member of the Board of Directors, she is paid a remuneration in the amount determined in accordance with Article 56 of the Regulations for the Implementation of the Law on Public Enterprises.
