Nikoleta has been working at Information Services since 2015, moving through various positions in the company as a Marketing Expert, Business Analyst, Senior Business Analyst, and since 2023 she has been the Business Analysis Manager. She has 17 years of project management experience, including 9 years of IT project implementation and management experience and 8 years experience in information systems business analysis. In 2019 she won the Business Analysis Project of the Year Award, established by the Bulgarian section of the International Institute of Business Analysis (IIBA) for the project "Development of a single information system for courts", and in 2023 she won first place in the "Sector Project of the Year" category of the PMAwards 2023 of the Project Management Institute Bulgaria for the project "Optimization of the Single e-Justice Portal to create conditions for increasing access of citizens and legal entities to e-justice".
