Snezhanka has been with the company since 2015, starting as Head of Business Analysis and Quality Assurance, Head of Project Management, and since April 2024 as Deputy Director of Software Integrations. She has many years of experience in business analysis and IT project management for development, upgrade and maintenance of complete software solutions.
In 2019, she won the Business Analysis Project of the Year Award, established by the Bulgarian section of the International Institute of Business Analysis (IIBA) for the project "Development of a unified information system of the courts", and in 2023 she won first place in the "Sector Project of the Year" category of the PMAwards 2023 of the Project Management Institute Bulgaria for the project "Optimization of the Single e-Justice Portal to create conditions for increasing access to e-justice for citizens and legal entities".
Her professional interests are focused on the optimization and digitalization of business processes and information systems in public administration, as well as the provision of e-services for citizens and businesses.
She holds the following certifications: Project Management Professional (PMP), PRINCE2 Foundation Certificate in Project Management, PRINCE 2 Practitioner Certificate in Project Management, TOGAF® 9 Certified, PMI Professional in Business Analysis (PMI-PBA), ITIL Foundation Certificate in IT Service Management, Business Architecture Mastery Programme.
She graduated from the Technical University - Sofia, with a Master's degree in Computer and Software Engineering and Business Management.
